Abstract: This presentation will be an overview of the Talbotville Bypass and Highway 3 Twinning Project; the scope, timelines and associated challenges. It will speak to the history of the St. Thomas Expressway (Highway 3 through St. Thomas) and how historic planning, has positioned the MTO to support industrial, commercial, and residential growth in the present.
